"5 Elements" Original Art Piece.

The 5 Elements art piece is a series piece of 5 separate canvases, that represents the 5 elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each element is a separate 4" x 4" x 1.5" painting. Although each piece is a separate, they are designed to hang together in a series. 

These pieces are a painting technique combining acrylic painting and ground pumice stone on canvas. The technique is used to create a highly textural surface that begs to be touched. Just as the elements in the world around us interact with us, visually and tactilely.

The Gallery Wrap allows for these pieces to be hung using a minimalist frame, floating frame or no frame.
