This art piece Sunflower Fields, consists of horizontal bands of textured, warm colors. It features shades of yellow, orange, and hints of red, creating an impression of vibrant sunlight and warmth. My inspiration: With soft focused eyes, I looked out from my studio through the mostly open venetian blinds. Noticing how we still piece together the beauty beyond the filter of the blinds.

This art piece is created acrylic paint and textured spray on encaustic board. The complementary colors in the horizontal band create a separate yet connected pattern. In the upper left quadrant of the painting a vertical band of gold ism slicing through the orange, red and yellow tones to emerge into view.

A petite work at 5"x7" this piece some framed in a wood frame.
